Welcome to EthVida educational platform, we are excited to support you with navigating your way through our resources, which were carefully devised to support patients who want to learn more about, plant medicine, its applications, and how you can start to introduce a holistic approach to managing your health and wellbeing. Let’s not forget to get your healthcare providers involved in your journey and support you to evaluate and review your goal planner, to ensure all your goals are in line with your physical or mental capabilities. We also offer educational materials to aid you in making positive changes for your health and wellbeing, regardless of where you are in your health journey. We believe that everyone has the right to appropriate healthcare, and it is our responsibility as patients to ensure that we give ourselves a fighting chance to optimise on our health care goals. Everyone has different needs, however there are standard, yet very effective, measures & coping mechanisms you can put into place, to improve on and/or sustain your health & wellbeing. People with chronic illnesses, should be mindful that there is a ceiling to their recovery, and this education is about wellbeing overall and reaching as many milestones as you can, within the restraints of your health capacity.
It is important for everyone to recognise that everyone’s health journey looks different and from time, you may need to revisit the plan based on your circumstances. Therefore, if there has been a change in circumstances, there may need to be a change in routine, this is healthy as it enables you to re-build resilience, and formulate a new normal for yourself, one where you feel you are getting the best quality of life you can achieve, given your circumstances. So never give up, just adapt accordingly!!! 😀
