The Wellness Arena
Yes, you read that right, it's completely FREE!
Living with a chronic illness, whether it’s related to mental or physical health, can be incredibly challenging. That’s why self-awareness is so important. It lays the foundation for growth, healing, and, most importantly, acceptance.
The Wellness Arena is our online sanctuary — a safe, supportive space where we explore how to cultivate mindfulness and dive into educational insights focused on health and well-being.
Topics we’ll cover include:
- 1. Building Resilience
- 2. Implementing a holistic approach
- 3. Managing stress
- 4. Understanding Coping Mechanisms
- 5. Mood Management
- 6. Chair Yoga
We’ll also be joined by a variety of holistic health professionals who’ll lead us through healing practices such as: –
- 1. Guided Meditation
- 2. Breathing Exercises
- 3. Art Therapy
- And many more enriching experiences!
Each session is kept intentionally small (maximum of 15 participants) to create a warm, intimate environment.
Join us on the last Sunday of every month at 7PM for a 1-hour journey inward.

- Please only book if you’re able to attend. If you can no longer make it, kindly cancel in advance so the space can be offered to someone else.
- Punctuality
We ask that you log in 5 minutes before the session begins, as we will start promptly at 7:00 PM.
➤ Please note: You will not be admitted after 7:00 PM. - Camera & Consent to Recording
For health, safety, and group engagement, all participants must have their cameras on throughout the session.
Sessions are recorded for internal use only. Please review our Privacy Notice to understand how your data is handled. - Respect & Community Support
Everyone is at a different stage in their journey — we ask all participants to show kindness, respect, and encouragement to one another. We’re here to grow and support each other. - Zero Tolerance Policy
➤ Late arrivals will not be admitted.
➤ Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will result in removal from the session and a ban from future events.
Maintaining a safe and inclusive space is our top priority.
