Get to Know Us
During times of crisis, getting your thoughts in order can be very challenging. Unfortunately as a result, people do not reach out to relevant services for support, as it can either be overwhelming or they do not know where to start.

We have created a general useful contacts list for people who are in crisis. We hope this will be a step towards getting the help that you deserve.
Crisis & Suicide Helplines
If you or a loved one is feeling suicidal, please know that you are not alone and it is more common than you realise, and you're already doing amazing taking the initial step to get support. Please always ensure that you reach out to your GP as they are your primary carer and may be able to link you in with relevant services in your vicinity.
